I had my website on wordpress.com ,,,, Mow I have change the host but I want to know how can I get the people who have subscribed my posts. I contacted with wordpress.org people they are saying they it should be done form .com only...

The blog I need help with is simplydecoded.wordpress.com.
Staff can can move your email subscribers only. Followers using the WordPress.com Reader cannot be transferred because there is no WordPress.org Reader or in fact a community with shared in-house features like there is here at WordPress.com.
What's required is:
installation and activation of the JetPack plugin;
posting both URLs for the underlying .wordpress.com blog and the domain into this forum thread;
tagging the thread with modlook in the sidebar;
subscribing to the thread so you are notified when Staff make the transfer.
