Want to cancel domain, but support link is down...

    I want to cancel my domain with WordPress, but the contact link given tells me the page will be back up shortly. I have been waiting since last night, and my two day window has expired. I want to know what I need to do to cancel my domain and receive a refund, WordPress is making the whole process somewhat of a headache.

    The blog I need help with is chromebookplace.com.
