   Hi there.
   I am trying to get a particular name for my blog, but it says it's taken. But when I browse there, it says the blog has been deleted.

   Can I get the name?

   Angel...

   The blog I need help with is angelmccoy.wordpress.com.

   Nope. WordPress policy is to never recycle usernames or blog names. Once they're deleted, they're gone forever.

   Please read the relevant support doc here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/ However, if you purchase your own domain name via a domain mapping upgrade then it won't matter what the underlying .wordpress.com sub-domin URL is.
