Posting to the forums won't help your case nor speed up staffs response
back to you. I suggest following marks instructions in his reply then
use the link they have provide you with to re contact them to let staff
know you have complied with what was asked of you.
I am facing exactly the same problem. How can I solve it. My repeated attempts to contact WordPress Support got me no where.
