A warning that there were concerns with the content of my blog and that I needed to "click here" to get it resolved was on the top of my new post page. I did click on it and it came up to a page to report errors. Has someone hacked in or is this legit?

Follow the instructions exactly. It is legit. Just report that you got a warning and wish to know how to proceed. Typically, staff will require you delete material that violates the ToS or establish you've got copyright of disputed material.
