I have clicked and sent a message about this problem at the link provided in the message. It has been two days and I have not heard anything. My website is of a religious Christian nature and has nothing questionable or offensive. I understand this is a simple mistake but I really do need it fixed asap. Please PLEASE someone help me have editing capability to my site... it is not allowing me to make further modifications. PLEASE HELP. Thank you in advance!!! - Chad

  3. You need to use the link in the message to contact the TOS department directly, and then you just need to be patient until they get back to you. The work through the tickets in the order they were received. Also, contacting them repeatedly actually slows down their reply as each time you contact them, you are pushed back to the bottom of the list.

In the vast majority of cases they will work with you to get the issues resolved, and in some instances they can make mistakes.

  4. @gsblifesciences, YOU have to resolve this with staff directly. Contact the TOS department via the link in the warning in your dashboard and then be patient until they get back to you.

  5. Thank you so much for your response. I am new to WP and so I am glad to know that someone is out there and that it will eventually be resolved. I will follow your good advice.

    Cheers!
