Warning when uploading post: GENERAL 500 ... url=/checkDocument

  1. For a while now I get this popup message whenever I edit a post and click on "Upload". Can anyone tell me what this means?
I wonder if it might at all be related to an issue my webhoster has alerted me to: my website seems to create a huge number of tmp files in the hoster's /tmp partition.
    My website is http://www.evamusby.co.uk
The message that pops up is:

    GENERAL
    500
    At: http://evamusby.co.uk/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=proxy_atd&_wponce=8f460bd262&url=/checkDocument

followed by an OK button. Once I press on OK everything seems to continue as normal.
Thanks ever so much for any help on this and please use idiot's language as I am not good at this stuff.

The blog I need help with is evamusby.co.uk.

  2. I'm afraid you're in the wrong forum. This support forum is for free WordPress.com blogs. http://evamusby.co.uk/ is a self-hosted WordPress.ORG install. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Please visit the WordPress.org support forum for assistance as we won’t be able to help you here: http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don't already have a username on that forum, click the register button in the upper right corner so you can post in that forum.

  3. Oh, thanks very much. I do understand that much, and was distracted.

  4. No problem :)
