We can't use text area codes anymore?

I went to edit an old post of mine with html text area code in it and when I finished editing it, the little boxes are gone and now the full pictures show.

The way it was http://mymyspacelayouts.wordpress.com/2008/02/10/happy-valentines-day-animated-glitter-comments-and-graphics/

The way it is now after editing this certain post http://mymyspacelayouts.wordpress.com/2008/02/15/happy-presidents-day-glitter-comments-and-graphics/

textarea shouldn't have worked previously, but we had a bug that was letting them through. We have fixed the bug. Here are the HTML tags allowed:

Loss of functionality is a bug, not a bug fix.

Are there any other similar codes like text areas that are allowed on here? I think I remember someone mentioning backticks or something like that. Are those still allowed? I'll go searching for it now, if that's even the name I'm thinking of.

Use the FAQ search. For whatever reason it seems to work better than the forum search. Or just Google.
