website taken down - no help yet

  1. I made a mistake when choosing the service I needed, purchased PREMIUM when I should have purchased a template. Canceled the purchased via PayPal. My website was taken down. I contacted you, hours later I was informed I should cancel the dispute and my refund would happen. I did that and my website is still down, I cannot access it to choose the correct template. I wouldnt worry about it if it werent for all my post and content which ARE MINE and you have no right to take from me.
    I have contacted you through all possible channels with no reply at all. I begin to think WordPress is not serious or reliable.
    I expect to have some contact from you soon as i have a launch scheduled for tomorrow and my website is the main part of it!!

  10. Exactly! I've had this domain for almost 2 years. Since yesterday they've taken it down and do not reply to any of my emails requesting solution. I cannot access my blog at all, except as a regular reader.

  11. The site has not been "taken down". You did read that I have tagged this thread for Staff, didn't you? :) As soon as they work their way forward to this thread they will assist you with this, not to worry.

  12. I have done all that you suggested. This is a last attempt to get connected to someone who can help me. I have not lost my login info or anything.
    I am absolutely lost and get no help from wordpress support team.

    Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.

    How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.

    Don’t bump your thread by posting into it again and we will stop posting too, because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Don’t create a new thread or send an email for support either. Doing any of those moves the timestamp forward and it takes longer to get Staff help.

  16. Thank you, but I have the domain mapping. I even have the billing proof, it's been on since October 2012. Anyway, I'll do as you say and wait until they contact me, but it's been over 15 hours already after the only contact they made and did not solve the matter.
    I wish they were are helpful as you have been.

  17. @TT - yes I saw that - domain mapping has a bit of a grace period while it will continue to work - I see the domain name registration as good until I think Oct - but we can't see the domain mapping status - since the domain name is registered here I would not expect some sort of strange iframe or forward and mask - but most people have domain mapping and registration with about the same dates (I am not registered here so I am the exception) - the staff can look at the history for the OP

  18. It all started because I was trying to upgrade and chose the wrong service. They were fast to cut my access even though I fixed it as soon as I realized what I had done wrong. I hope I can engage in a dialogue with staff.

  19. The sooner we stop posting to this thread and moving the timestamp forward when we do the sooner Staff will respond as I explained above.
