Hi,
I need to add a verification code for another website.
The only three that are in the Tools section are for Google, Bing and Pinterest.
Is there a possibility of adding more verifications than those three.
The reason i'm asking is that the verification i need to place is for an affiliate program.

Currently it's only possible to use those three services to verify your blog. You can read more about it at http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools
We do have an advertising program called WordAds.
Advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com is not allowed.
There are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.

Does this mean it is not possible to add google analytics tracking code to a blog?
Yes. It is not possible to use Google Analytics on a WordPress.com blog.
