blovedkidsI am trying to embed my WePay online store to my wordpress site, and every time I try (in HTML) it just shows up as a link, like it does right now. suggestions?

You will not be able to do this with a WordPress.com blog. You could do this with a WordPress.ORG blog.
WordPress.com blogs are not suitable for ecommerce, as we have many security features here which, as you've seen, strip out potentially dangerous code. There is no way to embed it. What I have seen other designers do is make a Post for each item with a picture, some copy, and a direct link to the offsite place to buy the item, usually Etsy.
