What do I have to do to get a blog taken down that is using my name and stalking

    I am absolutely at my wits end with Word Press, and their unwillingness to follow their own TOS after having been stalked, harassed, bullied and defamed by a site here that is using my name.

    The site: http://jeromiewilliamsisafraud.wordpress.com was started by three people with an insanely volatile vendetta against me, that is being used to spread lies, slander and defamatory false information about me and is has also caused me to be physically attacked and remain fearful for me personal safety.

    Sections from the TOS it breaks are:

    - your blog is not named in a manner that misleads your readers into thinking that you are another person or company. For example, your blog’s URL or name is not the name of a person other than yourself or company other than your own

    - the Content is not pornographic, does not contain threats or incite violence towards individuals or entities, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;

    This site contains illegally recorded conversations that have been edited to incriminate me and misrepresent me, it contains unquantified claims that are not true and has grown to attack, harass and terrify other people who are in my circle of friends, colleagues and counterparts.

    I have been physically assaulted because of the content, and two other individuals have also had attacks made on them as well.

    For the love of all that is holy ... stop this site from destroying more lives.

    I have also been victimized on the Jeromiewilliamsisafraud.wordpress.com blog. I became a target after I saw a quote from the blog in a public forum and I commented that I thought dedicating a blog to destroying someone's life was creepy, and that the person who was doing most of the writing must be stalking Mr. Williams, because at least twice a week there was a new post about something Mr. Williams had recently written on other websites.
    The writers on this blog then began writing defamatory and libelous things about me, accusing me of everything from fabricating news stories to internet fraud via chip-ins.
    Mr. Williams was assaulted in May as a result of the posts on the blog and now somebody else has been attacked or threatened because of the posts on the blog. I have reported this to WordPress on numerous occasions, and WordPress has done nothing. Since there have been assaults and threats as a result of the material (not to mention other damages) I would think that WordPress would want to report the writers of the blog to the proper authorities.

    I've submitted complaints every which way but Tuesday dozens of times with no response ever, so if I have to make it more public then so be it.

    And this is absolutely in no way an attempt to promote any blog whatsoever, this is a public request for help, and is in no way "llama drama" when people are being assaulted and terrorized because of the blog.

    Your concern is overwhelming.

    I would think that WordPress would want to report the writers of the blog to the proper authorities.

    What part of this picture do you not get? WordPress.com is not your Big Brother. If you or anyone else has been assaulted (criminal issue) defamed (civil issue) or whatever hire an attorney, file a police report and follow the complaint process provided.

    I always thought volunteers were supposed to be a little nicer than this. Guessed wrong.

    My concern is underwhelming. because I've read this all before. I read what the Staff response and I note that those who go on and on have yet to hire legal counsel and commence appropriate action. http://en.supportrt.wordpress.com/disputes/
