Hey everyone, I plan to import my blog from Blogspot to WordPress. Main because Blogspot doesn't have a category feature; only tags.
And I really need that feature because its a food blog. I have a bunch of pictures uploaded to Google's servers for every post, so what happens if I import that blog into WordPress?

The Blogger import function will not import your images. The images will still link back to your blogger blog unless you delete those images at that end in which case the images in your wordpress.com blog here will disappear.
The alternative is to upload all images into your wordpress.com blog, and fix all the image links in all your pages and posts so that they point to the images you uploaded here.
