What is best?

    A light theme or a dark one?

    The blog I need help with is madcarole.wordpress.com.

    From a reading standpoint, dark lettering on a light background is better. Photographers seem in general to prefer dark backgrounds although personally I prefer medium neutral grays for photographic backgrounds.

    It all depends on what you are doing.

    Thank you, assuming you were talking about my blog lol. I agree with TSP, the medium neutral colors are probably best. I tried to do that with my blog because sometimes light blogs can hurt my eyes and I'll have to lower the contrast on my computer. I like the header on your blog, the Contempt theme is my favorite theme.

    I agree. Dark is better for my eyes. I've already got enough sight problems!

    Never blend text color similar with the background color. It's hard on THE EYES. Thank you ......
