   so, basically,

   it will work on other sites other than wp? for example, at one point, pingoat asks me to type my blogfeed url........should i type http://blog.wordpress.com/feed there?

   Yes. Your blog feed is the same in every case.

   I have installed WP on my own domain. And I can't found the "http://mazzelisme.com/feed"
   at my blog. So, where it does go?

   We use different software here at wordpress.com so we can't really answer your question (we don't know). You need to direct your question to http://wordpress.org/support .
