Since updating to the latest version of JetPack on my self-hosted WordPress site, I've noticed numerous requests made to public-api.wordpress.com. Why are these calls being made and how do I reduce them?
The blog I need help with is ithacaindy.wordpress.com.
Jetpack uses WordPress.com features to supercharge your blog. The api makes it possible to communicate between WordPress.com and Jetpack. It's not possible to change or reduce these communication requests.
