What plugins to use

    I’ve decided to create a blogging website about weddings. Users will be able to register and talk about service providers, in return service providers need to pay a fee in order to respond, they would also be given a page to advertise there product. I’m not sure what plugins are needed for such a website, any help will do.

    The blog I need help with is freelancesnob.wordpress.com.

    Plug-in's are not allowed at WordPress.COM and you will have problems with the advertising you are proposing. So amble over to WordPress.ORG and get the software and learn about hosting your own site.
