  I’ve looked through the posts related to videos and didn’t see this question asked or answered. We produce weekly videos specifically to be posted on our WP blog. Currently, we’re uploading 640X480 30fps WMV files. Is there a format that would yield better video quality, maybe AVI? A bigger or smaller format, different frame rate, etc. We’re looking for the optimum video quality, size isn’t an issue.

  Any suggestions about what the WP video player likes best?
