  1. A visit to Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley inspires a blog post on the redesign of a website, showing strategy + images.

    Would love feedback!

The blog I need help with is karenruntz.wordpress.com.

  2. Didn't notice that I needed to put the link within the entry.

  3. I enjoyed looking at your photos, Karen. I've been moving philosophically in kind of the opposite direction to what your blog promotes, so I hope you'll understand that I wasn't so into all the business strategy and social media tips, though I can see it's well-organized and easy to navigate.

TimeThief is a point of agreement between us. She seems to have found a good balance between inner mystery and richness, and web-based social interaction.

Me, I'm all about the inner life now. No interest in social media or making money besides enough to live simply and safely, and more focused on face-to-face relationships than ever before. I like writing my blog, but it's for free, for fun, and for practice - few widgets, bells or whistles. I concentrate on idea content, with some useful, clickable links.

It was interesting to read the version of "7 Links" you wrote about, because I did one too, and their links criteria was quite different:

    Best of luck to you!

  4. Thanks for reading, looking and commenting, "mikey". I left a comment on your "seven links" post.

I live quite simply as well, surrounded by rocks and trees. But lately I might as well be in a concrete box. While I know at the rational level that I have to continue using my writing, etc to earn income and get needed house repairs done, that activity seems to be taking over my life and leaving me spent. I've always had difficulty achieving balance.

I had started to reconnect with myself in Peru and long to pick up that journey instead. I've been very unsettled since coming back and seem to be at a standstill.

So your comments are timely and appreciated.
