What's that plugin or something name that give me the option that privacy option that said "I would like my blog to be visible only to users I choose".
I think it's a very interesting option, and I wanna use it on my company's blog hosted in our server...

Yeah, I know that, but in my wordpress instalation that option isn't available and I wanna know how to get it to use it in my own server not with the wordperss.com service.
