When I signed up for WordPress, I was directed to another site that allowed a user to deposit a certain amount of money into an account that could be drawn from to purchase new themes. I deposited $30 to get started; I couldn't open up the themes, so I need a refund. Help?

What site were you directed to, how and by whom?
Thanks for your reply! That's the problem; I can't remember. But, I was directed to it when I was on the WordPress site when I signed up for WordPress. It maintained a "bank" into which customers could deposit a certain amount and draw from when they wished to purchase a new template.
