   I'm having a feeling that wordpress started fooling members....(if customizer is developed by wordpress team)

   Can Any one tell me what was the use of Customizer option,when all those things customizer allow to do can be done in normal way (via settings tabs) ?

   If You really want to give customize option then atlst give adding meta tags,descriptions options...then it can be useful.else all things can be done via settings tabs.

   and also Add Google Plus Profile Link in Your Profile Page...so that we can link with Google Plus profiles...it will help us in google search..

   I hope wordpress consider this sujjestion.

   I think you need to slow down, because the G+ option is right there under Sharing, and as we've explained many times in the forums, you can use a Text widget to feature your G+ profile.

   The new customization options they've just announced are an improvement on what we used to have. Of course you can see them on your dashboard: they exist now. They didn't before.

   As for Custom Design, you can do all kinds of things: what you can do is only limited by your ability to edit CSS.
