I too am having the issue with my gravatar image showing on all but one of my top posts. weird that only one works. but, I have switched to text list for now until I hear that it's been fixed.

Also affects notifications in Facebook so although not considered a big issue it does make the thing look kinda silly!

My guess is that it has something to do with changes to the Reader! They make a change in one place and it creates a problem in another! I bet that the system code is a real Frankenstein's Monster! None of the recent changes have made improvements - they should leave well alone until they are sure how changes in one place will impact elsewhere!

I am having the same issue!!
(I used to have my sidebar widget's 'TOP POST & PAGES' set on 'image list' but this past Saturday it started showing the same picture for every single one -a picture of me! . So now I have it set it to 'text list'.)
