I was told that our page is showing advertisements. When I look I do not see any ads, but I want to make sure there are no ads displaying on the page. I saw that I can buy the no ads upgrade but want to know if A, there may be another option; B, when and where will these ads display. The blog has been active for quite some time now and this is the first we are seeing of any advertisements.
The blog I need help with is thechurchatnorthpointe.wordpress.com.
WordPress.COM has been running ads on sites for several years - that is how they give you a "free" blog - you don't see the ads when you are logged in. The ads are explained in the fascinating terms of service that most people agreed to but did not really read
The only option is to buy the no ads upgrade ($ 30.-- per year per blog)
