   Is it possible in wordpress ? Whenever I post a page (not post) in wordpress then automatically also publish as post on home page.

   or vice versa whenever I publish a post then also generate a page of same content of that post.

   No. Pages and Posts are different. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

   Ok, can I covert my pages in post but no effect on my original pages ?

   No. There is no way to automatically convert a Page to a Post or visa versa. It's a copy and paste job.
