   My browsers always default to this address:

   http://en.forums.wordpress.com/

   What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

   The blog I need help with is quitenormal.wordpress.com.

   And if you do, are you signed in under the username with which you purchased the theme from wordpress.com?

   We have purchased the theme, and I'm a co-administrator. But I didn't purchase it. To access the link, I have to be logged in under the other administrator's name?

   Yes, the only one that will have access to the premium support forum will be the username that actually purchased the theme.
