i paste html code in the text widget but its not working!!! help plse!!

The blog I need help with is transparentreviews.wordpress.com.

WHAT HTML code are you pasting in the text widget? Post it here between backticks so we can take a look at it. Lots of code gets stripped out because of security concerns here.
