When is a Happiness Engineer going to contact me to do the Guided Transfer?

    I purchased a Guided Transfer and have not had any contact from a Happiness Engineer. I would like to set up a time to do the transfer ASAP. I can't find anywhere to contact WordPress personally, so I guess the public forum is the only place for support? How do I contact a Happiness Engineer?
