desiraylAbout a month now I've reached my 300 posting and everyday when I post I get this sidebar message after I post it that says Congrats on post number 365. what does this mean?

I believe it does that for everyone who posts from their wordpress.com post editing page. --- something wordpress started a couple months ago.
its just a default page style that affirms you progress in a warm and fuzzy kind of way, and makes a suggestion for a goal.
probably wp being user friendly.

What you are witnessing may be "get instant feedback". You can disable this setting if you wish > Dashboard > Users > Personal Settings.
