In the process of getting my website live which I built on wordpress.com, a problem came up with the place the domain was hosted. A company called wildwestdomains.com came up when we looked at the Whois info. I have never heard of them but my site it seems to be registered with them? A nice person at wildwestdomains.com did some initial checking as I could not give her my account number (as I had never heard of them and didn't know I was their client) said it looked like my domain was with Automatic....but pointing at wordpress.com.
Can you explain any of this? I need to be able to acces my domain info.
