We do not have access to the database on free hosted wordpress.com blogs, and we cannot access metadata files or edit them, if that's what you mean. This i a mulituse blogging platform. Every blog wearing the same theme is using the same underlying template. Only Staff can access those files and edit as every edit they makes affects all blogs wering the same theme. If you want a blog with a temoplate you can acces and hack you are in the wrong place.
