i am being billed for an account i did not want. and do not want. this has been going on for some time.
i am an ill older person and haven't a clue as to what this really is.
please help me cancel. and pay me back for the long list of charges to this account.

If you have be purchased upgrades they are found in your dashboard:
Store > My Upgrades

You can disable auto-renew Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades > Disable auto-renew
