it's only available 9:00am-5:00pm PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) while Mark is on vacation. The button has changed from "Feedback" to "Support", and you can choose "Other" (i think) to write whatever it is you want to staff.
If it's urgent, you can try email@example.com
It would be nice if someone would have put this info in a sticky at the top of the forum, you know, where we're all supposed to look when something's up...

a direct email is only for urgent matters? i didn't know that! i reported on a weird system glitch via email. and it wasn't URGENT. :(
