   Hi there,
   I have just starting selecting 'featured images' to put onto the 'featured images' onto my sidebar for my blog (Bueno) - but I now have the small thumbnail images at the top of each new post (I don't want these, by the way - can I remove them and only have them on the sidebar?) - but now all my widgets have disappeared even though they are listed on the Widgets page. I have clicked on screen options etc, and refreshed and shut down the blog etc, but still no sidebar. help please!

   Your widgets haven't disappeared, they've dropped to the bottom, because of an HTML error. See here:

   Thanks so much for getting back to me on this so quickly! I did actually finally see the sidebar right down there (only by accident) and will follow your link....

   I am hopeless when it comes to this sort of stuff and have no idea of HTML, so I guess I just panicked!

   (As you saw, you don't have to know HTML to correct things.)
