Where is the documentation for premium themes?

    Hi --

    We purchased the premium Delicious Magazine theme and are having difficulty getting the image slider in the top "featured" section to work correctly. Delicious Magazine is a WooTheme, and it appears to have documentation available on the woothemes site for registered users. Is that documentation available to us if we buy the theme from WordPress.com?

    On a related note, in the theme configuration panel there text that says "Support: Need some help? Visit the Premium Themes support forum to get expert advice" and links to http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/, which just redirects to the main forums page. Is there a dedicated support site for premium theme customers?

    Hi. I believe that in order to access the Premium Themes forum, you need to be logged in as the user who purchased the Premium Theme. (For example: I can't access the Premium Theme forum myself, since I haven't purchased any such theme).

    If you need help with a specific feature of a Premium Theme, the best advice I can give you is to ask on the Premium Themes forum indeed. You can also ask them about the documentation.

    Hi Ramon. Indeed, you need to be logged in with the same username that you used to purchase your premium theme in order to view that forum. The theme documentation is in that forum and also the theme shops associated with each theme offer support in that forum. If you are logged in properly and still not able to access the premium themes forum, please do let me know. Thank you.

    Ah yup, that's it. I'm debugging this for someone else and was logged in as myself rather than their account, so couldn't see them. Works great now -- thank you both for the quick replies.
