I don't understand what this means or why anyone would want to do this " how to send repeatedly a single post "send it where repeatedly and for what purpose? Please expand so I can determine exactly what it is that you want to achieve.

The front page of the blog by default will display your posts (not pages) in reverse chronological order, with the most recently published post on top.

If you do not want all the posts to show on the front page, then you can create a static front page called for example “Welcome” for your site and a “Blog” page for posts.

To do that create two pages > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ After you do that you go to > Settings > Reading and make the designation change and click “save changes”.
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/

    Front page displays
    __ Your latest posts

    A static page (select below)

  4. Thats a typical amateur answer if you don't understand you should ask to your pro staff?! I am asking, how to publish/ post, a single article/photo from my Media library without appearance/ duplication the same articles/photo on Home page?

  5. You should consult your English teacher before giving volunteers flack for not understanding your garbled question.

All blog posts go on the main blog landing page. If you don't want it to show up there, you can either give it a date from so long ago it doesn't show up OR make it a static Page instead of a Post.
