I would like to use a theme that presents my posts in the same format as: http://androidadvices.com/
Can anyone suggest a theme that will achieve this?

The blog I need help with is googlevoiceforcanadians.com.
It's not relevant as you have free hosted WordPress.com blog and can only use the themes you find here > Appearance > Themes
There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot upload third party themes or edit templates or themes. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

The only themes we can use of firee hosted wordpress.com blogs are found here > Dashboard > Appearance > Themes
Is there a way to make my blog posts look like the one that I mentioned?
i.e., a small bit of the post and a 'read more' button?
Each post having a small box?
