because you didn't add your link to your profile. to edit your profile, go to dashboard, select users, edit from there...

Actually it's because you've marked your blog as private and/or not searchable by the search engines. That removes your URL for your blog from your profile. You can change this setting at Dashboard -> Options -> Privacy and it should return the link.
