Why am I receiving the message "Please use different payment card"?

  1. Why am I receiving the message "Please use different payment card" when trying to upgrade my wordpress account to the pro bundle? I even contacted my credit card company and found no holds or issues whatsoever with my account.

    The blog I need help with is athletescare.wordpress.com.

  3. Hi there - sorry you had trouble purchasing the bundle. It does look like the payment eventually went through, and your Value Bundle is active. You should see the bundle under Store > My Upgrades in your administration area.
