Why are my Menus Not Showing up In the Menu Bar?

Hi, If you look at the image above you'll see that I added 4 menu items but after saving them I am not sure why they are not showing up in the menu. Shouldn't they look like this site after I save them?

Also, to the left in my image link (top) it says "Your theme supports 2 Menus, Select which menu appears in which location". What does this mean? What locations are they talking about?

The blog I need help with is lornemclean.wordpress.com.

Enterprise has two horizontal navigation bars.
    1. The top horizontal menu displays static Page tabs with dropdowns to Child Pages.
    2. Enterprise shows the 10 most-used categories in the second level of the menu area (sub categories being shown in the drop down menu).

This is what the theme supplies, however, custom menu creation can change this as it means we are able to mix pages, categories, and random links in the navigation instead of the theme deciding for us.

Have you followed the instructions found here? http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

I have a little problem with the Enterprise theme. In the category bar, it only shows one of the three sub-categories. The other two do have posts in them, by the way.
