Many of our followers do not have wordpress.com accounts, and follow our updates via email notifications. For some reason, they are not receiving email notifications. They've confirmed by clicking on the link in the confirmation notice. What else can they do to receive updates by email?

For anyone else having this issue, please start a new thread to describe your issue in detail, and add the word modlook in the Tags section in the right column so Staff will respond.
