biglabpuppyMy username and password works for my WordPress account but not to access my website http://workwithyourbrain.com/wp-login.php. I have not used the back end of my website since creating it last year, and now cannot access it at all.

That's not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and we can't help you with it. That's a WordPress.org install and you need to go to the top right hand corner of this page http://wordpress.org/wupport and create a WordPress.org username account. Note that WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate sites and there are many differences > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

I don't understand. I am not aware of anything regarding .org- The link that my web designer gave me for the site is listed above. I have worked on the site successfully in the past. Why has this changed?
