starwise149I have just started a Blog and made my sister an Administrator. She has her own self-hosted WP site and account associated with such. I have a free account. When my Administrator is signed in, and at my Site, the dark Admin bar appears at the top, but she does see the number of new notifications. Nor does she get emails that bloggers have liked a post, or that anybody has commented upon a post. I thought the Admins have same rights as the Author? Is there something I may have done wrong, although I have checked all my settings and they seem right. Thank you for your time. Have a great day too.
