Why do my topics NOT refresh?

    On my mobile APP, the "topics" I follow do NOT refresh. Not even once.

    The only way I can figure out how to refresh my TOPICS for the latest, is to uninstall WordPress and reinstall it. I do this once or twice a week just so that I can see (on my iphone) the latest posts for the topics I follow.

    The blog I need help with is persuaded2go.wordpress.com.
