When I upload a new post, my blog header changes to the image of the most recent post. It has happened the last two times. The header of my actual blog changes into the featured image of the blog post i have just posted. I have cleared the cache etc am using Firefox.
Please help me!!!!

It's a feature of the theme you're using, it changes the header based on the featured image of a post.
So, if you don't like the feature, don't set featured images to your posts...
