My blog is at bemore.wordpress.com.
When trying to view it (both me and others) it sometimes doesn't load and brings in a page saying that the blog has been deleted.
This is terrible, how can I host my blog like this if it's not always available?

Okay. Hang on - staff don't tend to work at weekends, so you might just have to wait a bit for them to come on.

It seems that after it gets to the deleted state somehow, if I manage to get to the admin panel (this also doesn't work all the time) and from there get to one of the posts then the blog somehow goes live again for a random time.

http://bemore.wordpress.com/ was actually deleted in 2007.
Perhaps you're mistaking this for a different blog?

I have no idea about a blog from 2007. I recently opened my blog, chose bemore.wordpress.com with no problem and it sometimes work and sometimes it doesn't.

Right now my blog is completely unusable and I can't even access it as an admin. This is not acceptable from a blog host.

Yes, http://bemore.wordpress.com/ is working for me now too.
This is rather odd. I tracked down the duplicate an made a change, so this shouldn't happen again.
