   I have purchased a domain name through GoDaddy (liondancejourney.com). I have paid $12 to map the wordpress URL (liondancejourney.wordpress.com) to the new URL. Why does ".wordpress" still appear in the domain name URL in the browser's address bar?

   You're close! There's just one more step. Go to Upgrades → Domains, select liondancejourney.com, and click the Update Primary Domain button.
