sajroI saw someone got to my blog via a search engine query. I couldn't find, however, which engine it's from (Google, Technorati, etc.). Is this not enabled or just nonexistent?

Yeah they don't show that here at WordPress.com. Maybe in the future it might.
Been covered before. Staff considers it to be a privacy issue with handing out data to third parties. (ie the end users)
