Why don't widgets/sidebars display?

    I can't get my widgets/sidebars to show up on my page. Do I need to select another theme? Thanks.

    The blog I need help with is frontofthetobaggan.wordpress.com.

    Here's the theme description link. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/pink-touch-2/ Please note that there is no sidebar in that theme.
