My friend has not been able to post comments on my blog. She has used her WordPress emal address, changed it to a new address but is directed to former address, and has even used her Gmail address. NOTHING! Why can't she leave comments on my blog anymore? What is going on?

My friends are unable to post comments too. Your sticky post does not help the situation as those who have left WP don't want to use their old accounts. Any solutions to that??
